Questions, answered

Before you join.

Who can join?

The published Terms of Use require members to be at least 21. The Collective is designed for experienced professionals, mentors, career starters and career changers across industries.

Do I need to be an expert?

No. You can join to learn, ask thoughtful questions and work towards a goal. Expertise is self-declared, so use your own judgement when acting on shared guidance.

Can I seek and offer mentoring?

Yes. One account can be used to request guidance and to set up a focused mentoring offer. Offers are reviewed for platform fit and clarity, not as professional credential verification.

Who can see my information?

Profiles and community conversations are visible to signed-in members. Email and phone details are not shown in the directory. Private goals, intake answers and notes have narrower visibility.

Where do meetings happen?

The platform helps members arrange and prepare for sessions. Live meetings use external tools chosen by the host. Mentor and event availability depends on participating members and hosts.

What if membership is invitation-only?

You can create an account, but membership stays pending until a valid invitation is applied or authorised staff activate it. Contact the founder if you need more information about joining.

Where can I get help?

Existing members can use Help & support after signing in. For a public joining or partnership question, use the contact page.
